Senior AI Consultant
Role Overview
As a Senior AI Consultant at Stratafy, you'll guide organizations through their AI transformation journey, conducting comprehensive readiness assessments across our 7-dimension framework and developing actionable implementation roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct AI readiness assessments across strategy, data, infrastructure, skills, governance, use cases, and budget dimensions
- Develop customized AI transformation roadmaps aligned with client business objectives
- Guide clients through AI strategy development and implementation planning
- Identify high-impact AI use cases and prioritize based on ROI and feasibility
- Assess organizational capabilities and recommend upskilling programs
- Evaluate data readiness, infrastructure requirements, and governance frameworks
- Deliver executive presentations and strategic recommendations
- Stay current with AI trends, technologies, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML consulting, strategy, or implementation
- Deep understanding of AI maturity frameworks (MIT, Gartner, McKinsey, MITRE, Google Cloud)
- Proven track record of successful AI transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, use cases, and implementation approaches
- Experience with data strategy, governance, and infrastructure assessment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level audiences
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms (Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Cloud AI)
- Industry certifications (e.g., Google Cloud AI, AWS ML, Azure AI)
- Background in change management and organizational transformation
- Experience in specific industries (finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing)
- Published thought leadership or speaking experience
AI Consultant
