You retain ownership of any data, information, or content you submit to the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and analyze such content solely to provide and improve our Services.

THE SERVICES, INCLUDING THE AI READINESS ASSESSMENT, ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

We are not providing legal, financial, accounting, consulting, or any other professional advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any business decisions based on information obtained from our Services.

Any reliance you place on information from our Services is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability for decisions made based on such information.

8. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

11.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.
